Below are the list of terms and conditions for our establishment. This is a legal and binding contract. Payment constitutes the acceptance of our terms and conditions.I have read and accept the terms and conditions
1. Check-in time is at strictly at 14H00. Check-out strictly at 10H00. An additonal room fee will be applicable should guest wish to check-in earliar than 14H00 or check-out later than 10H00.
2. Television and aircon remotes together with access cards or manual keys are handed over at the reception counter and signed for on departure. Replacement charges of R300.00 for each remote, R300.00 for manual key and R70.00 for access cards for any items that are not handed over.
3. Housekeeping operates from 08H00 to 15H30, rooms are serviced between these times.
4. Although every procaution will be taken towards safety of guests and their property, the staff at management of Regal Inn Ballito will not be held liable for any theft or injury to any person within the hotel premises. All windows and doors are to be closed and locked upon leaving room.
5. We have a strict no-noise and no-visitor policy from 22H00 to 09H00. Guests are requested to be considerate of other guests on this matter. Unruly guests will be removed from our premises without the possibility of a refund. We may seek the assistance of the SAPS should guests become abusive towards staff and other guest.
6. We are a non-smoking establishment and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building (the foyer area, stair cases and rooms). All rooms are fitted with a smoke detector. You will be liable for a technicians call out fee as well as a clean out fee which totals to a some of R500.00. This matter is non negotiable.
7. All stained linen, broken utensils and any damages to anything in the room will be charged for. All rooms are checked by the housekeeping manager before guests are checked in, any damages observed during check-in should be reported to reception immediately.
8. Calls for shuttle services, food outlets, laundry services will be done by guests themselves. Reception staff can assist by providing contact number.
9. Breakfast is an optional charge of R70.00 per adult and R40.00 per child under 12 years old. Breakfast times are displayed in the breakfast rooms.
10. All rooms consists of 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 bath mat. Additional linen is available at a cost. Rooms are service daily with bed linen changed every alternate day.
11. Pressing irons and boards are available at reception for a maximum period of 30 minutes, tehy are to be collected, signed for and returned within the stipulated time. A fee of R50.00 will be charged for a period longer than 30 minutes.
12. Overcrowing in rooms is strictly prohibited. Guest found exceeded the stipulated occupancy numbers will be made to pay a full extra nights rate. Double / Twin Room - 2 occupance, Double Single Room - 3 occupance, Family Room - 4 occupance with 2 being adults and 2 children under 12 years old. Occupancy includes all children.
13. No credit or refund will be made on early departures or cancelled bookings, please view our cancellation policy.
14. Lost and found property will be kept for a maximum of 30 days and disposed of thereafter.
15. No pets, hubbly bubbly, ice without a cooler box or braaing will be allowed on the hotle premises. Children need to be supervised by parents at all times.
16. Any acts deemed illegal by law is not permitted within hotel premises and police will be summoned if any occurs, guests involved in this act will be immediately asked to vacate our premises (with no refund)
17. Our hotel reception is opened 24 hours a day and we are avaialble by dialling 9 from your hotel room.
18. We have a zero tolerance approach to any violence or abuse inflicted upon staff and management of Regal Inn Ballito
19. Right of admission is reserved.
