The Central Reservation System is able to view reservations from single or multiple venues with the ability to access any reservation made at a venue or received from any of the real-time channels.
Reservations can be made to any venue in the group. Such reservations can be single or group bookings.
A group of guests can be split between venues for the same period or an itinerary can also be booked for individuals or groups for different days at different venues. |
In both cases the individual reservations are automatically posted to each venue. Any changes to any reservation are distributed as are cancellations.
A central customer database is established centrally which enables the CRS operator to instantly recognise return guests from any of the venues. A central company database is also established where all commercial deals are recorded and automatically distributed to each venue.
